The WISE rebate program is expanding: For all homeowners in the Athens Utilities service area can now choose to participate in this program. This program was designed to help you improve your homes energy efficiency and performance by offsetting some of the costs and offering instant rebates of up to $750. The Athens WISE Rebate program requires a comprehensive* energy audit to be completed by an industry certified and vetted contractor who will also complete or oversee any improvements selected to be completed.
