The WISE rebate program is expanding: Whether you live in Cullman City & get your power from the Cullman Power Board or in county and receive your power from Cullman Electric Cooperative you can now choose to participate in program. This program was designed to help you improve your homes energy efficiency and performance by offsetting some of the costs and offering instant rebates of up to $750. The Cullman WISE Rebate program requires a comprehensive* energy audit to be completed by an industry certified and vetted contractor who will also complete or oversee any improvements selected to be completed.
