This is one of our most popular audits, as it not only includes the Home Energy & Maintenance Assessment (below), but also includes the Blower Door, Duct Blaster, and Worst Case CAZ tests. By performing these tests, we can help you not only identify the issues but help you find real solutions based on actual numbers and not guessing. We will review all our results and findings with you at the time work is completed and you will receive a comprehensive report generally within 3 to 5 business days via email.
The Healthy House Survey…………………….……….…. $645
The Healthy House Survey includes everything in the Comprehensive Diagnostic Energy Audit, along with laboratory results for radon and three mold samples. As least one of the mold sample is taken from the HVAC system (filter or duct), while the other two are taken from typical or noted problem area’s in the house.
Home Energy, Comfort & Maintenance Assessment...… $199
This walk through assessment is the designed to identify obvious energy loss and maintenance issues. This includes a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, the basement, crawlspace, and attic. We visually check for improper sealing of ductwork, construction flaws, and window and door leaks. We will look at the shape & condition of your major appliances, heating and cooling equipment, check for gas leaks, check for CO, and other health and safety issues.
During the assessment we will also sit down with you and review any concerns you may have, your energy bills, our findings, and also our proposed solutions if you want to either Do-It-Yourself, or hire it out. A follow up report is sent to you within two to three business days via email; including a copy of the solutions and any applicable pictures taken.

Whether it is required by the inspectors, required by the insurance company (Infrared scans of the roof, electrical components), you are trying to meet a certain programs guidelines (ENERGY STAR®, Indoor airPLUS®, Building America®, etc...), training you're employee’s (ducts, air sealing, proper installation techniques), troubleshooting an issue, or just verifying that something was done properly; we can custom tailor a solution to meet your needs and requirements.
