This program was designed to help you improve your homes energy efficiency and performance by offsetting some of the costs and offering instant rebates of up to $750. The Madison County WISE Rebate program requires a comprehensive* energy audit to be completed by an industry certified and vetted contractor who will also complete or oversee any improvements selected to be completed.
